Material value is calculated based on live commodity pricing and weight data collected through your assigned assets. Pricing is visible in the portal and updated regularly.

Yes. Go to the Request Service tab and click into the scheduled pickup. You can modify the date or add notes. For same-day changes, email support directly.

Go to the Transactions tab to view settlements statuses by pickup, date, or material. You’ll see whether items are pending (not yet picked up), completed (picked up but not paid), or paid.
