  • Material value is calculated based on live commodity pricing and weight data collected through your assigned assets. Pricing is visible in the portal and updated regularly.

  • Yes. Go to the Request Service tab and click into the scheduled pickup. You can modify the date or add notes. For same-day changes, email support directly.

  • Go to the Transactions tab to view settlements statuses by pickup, date, or material. You’ll see whether items are pending (not yet picked up), completed (picked up but not paid), or paid.

  • We do our best to be as accurate as possible. If you notice a discrepancy in material weight, pricing, or asset info, please contact immediately at an include the Service Request # or asset number.
