Navigating the Dashboard

Once logged into the Closed Loop portal, your dashboard gives you a real-time overview of your facility’s recycling activity and tools to manage your operations.

Assets Overview

See a list of all active assets at your facility, including:

• Asset names and locations

• Material type

• Current weight or status

• Last activity date

You can click on any asset or scan the QR code with your smartphone to view its details.

Service Request Status

View upcoming or past service requests at a glance:

• Scheduled pick-ups

• Completed services

• Requests pending confirmation

Need a new pick-up? You can submit a service request directly from the dashboard.

Recent Activity

Track all recent updates including:

• Material added or removed from assets

• New tags created

• Changes to material types or users (Executive only)

Reports & Downloads

If you have reporting access, you’ll see quick links to:

• Download monthly or custom reports

• View historical data

• Export asset logs

If you're an Executive User, your dashboard also includes:
